Released on November 13, 2019, the "Conception PLUS: Maidens of the Twelve Stars" is an enhanced port of the 2012 role-playing visual novel Conception: Ore no Kodomo o Undekure!. Developed and published by Spike Chunsoft, the port is exclusive to the PlayStation 4 platform and introduces several new features and gameplay mechanics for both old and new players.

Players take on the role of Itsuki Yuge, a young high school student who's chosen to be a God's Gift and save the world from a mysterious disaster. To accomplish the goal, Itsuki must create Star Children with twelve chosen Maidens of the Stars, who are gifted in the power of creation. As a God's Gift, Itsuki must guide the Maidens, teach them teamwork and ultimately take on the enemy Gods threatening their world.

The port introduces several changes, such as improved 3D models and HD graphics, new characters and story elements, a fully voiced cast, and an updated UI. Furthermore, players can now enjoy a fully-featured multiplayer mode, with up to 3 players joining the gameplay together.

The original Conception generated a strong fanbase and Conception PLUS: Maidens of the Twelve Stars builds upon this legacy, providing a unique and visually stunning experience.
