Rampage is an arcade game that was released in 1986 by Bally Midway. It became an instant classic and has since been ported to many different platforms, including the Sega Lynx. The object of the game is to control one of three giant monsters (George, Lizzie, or Ralph) as they make their way through a city, destroying buildings and fighting off police. The player must use their monster's strength and agility to defeat their enemies and progress to the next level. The game consists of 28 levels, and the goal is to reach the top of the building before time runs out.

In Rampage, the Sega Lynx version offers improved graphics over its original arcade counterpart. Instead of the blocky sprites used in the original game, the Lynx version features detailed sprites with more color and animation. The game also includes a two-player mode, which allows players to compete against each other in either cooperative or versus modes. Additionally, the Lynx version includes an exclusive "endless mode", which allows for unlimited play.
